We cook with the seasons and work with whatever nature offers at that moment, so the composition of our dishes may differ during your visit.
Wherever possible the menu is adapted to allergies and dietary wishes. Sadly we cannot accommodate every allergy or preference. Citrus, vinegar and onion are part of our base preparations and can therefore not be excluded entirely.

At lunch we cook from day to day, with whatever is at its best at that moment. You choose the number of courses, the kitchen does the rest.
At lunch you are just as welcome to take your time over our dinner menu.
